Frequently asked questions:

Is the deposit applied to the rental amount?

No. The deposit is required within 4 business days of your making your reservation. The
deposit serves as a reservation deposit. After we receive your rent check, the deposit
becomes a damage and key deposit. After your vacation, and upon unit inspection, we will send your deposit back to you (assuming there is no damage).

What if I have to cancel my reservation?

We know that circumstances and plans sometimes change. You may cancel anytime up
until four weeks prior to your arrival date, and receive a full refund of your deposit. Any
late cancellation will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.  

What if I have to change my vacation dates?

During peak season (May-August), there will be an additional $50 charge for date changes.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can arrive any time after 3:00 pm, and should plan to leave by 10:00 am at the end of
your trip, in order for the unit to be cleaned and ready for the next arrival.

How do I go about booking one of your units?

Just let us know that you'd like us to block off the available dates for you. We'll give you
the address where you can mail the security deposit.

As soon as your deposit is received, we'll send to you a confirmation letter by e-mail or regular mail.

Then, approximately 3 weeks before your vacation time, send the rental amount, and we'll
mail out to you a package which contains the lockbox code and other information (like a list of local
attractions, etc.).

When your vacation is over, be sure to place the keys back in the lockbox.  Upon inspection from our housekeeper we will mail your security deposit back to you.
